Post-Shipment Policy: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products once they have been shipped. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of our coffee products, as we are unable to resell items that have left our facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
